We are hiring for a Service Engineer job in Vasai E, Chinchpada. Candidate should have a minimum of 1 & Above years’ experience, gender will be Male & age not more than 41 years, and have Qualification ITI / Diploma / Degree. This vacancy is for the Manufacturing industry.
Job Responsibilites:
- Install machines at the customer site.
- Provide technical support and service for company machines.
- Visit customer sites for machine inspection and servicing.
- Troubleshoot and repair machine problems.
- Guide customers on proper machine operation and maintenance.
- Coordinate with the production and technical team for technical issues.
- Prepare service reports after every service visit.
- Handle customer complaints related to machine performance.
- Provide online or phone support to customers when required.
- Ensure machines are working properly after installation or repair.
- Support the sales team with technical information when required.
- Travel to customer locations whenever service is required.
